Rick tagged me(by simply reading his post!), so here I go
1. Total number of books you own? Probably 100, never counted
2. What is the last book(s) you bought? Wild at Heart by John Eldridge
3. What was the last book you read? The last book I finished was 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell
4. List 5 books that are particularly meaningful to you (in no particular order):
- 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership
- The Barbarian Way
- Velvet Elvis (still reading it)
- Let you life speak(still reading it)
- The Simply Strategic books by Tony Morgan and Tim Stevens
5. Tag five people
If you’re reading here and have bought/read a book since high school, consider yourself tagged!
I’ll reuse Rick’s line (Thanks, Rick) Plus I know there are at least 5 of you that read, since you just fessed up this morning…..haha!
Actually, I’m also going to tag Nathan, I know you read. You should almost be done with The Barbarian Way, since you borrowed it from me (and I borrowed it from Non-Blog Brad), plus you gave me your opinion the other night on Wild at Heart. So let’s hear it, buddy!
Leave me a trackback or comment and let me know if you do this.
Thanks! Have a great weekend!
thanks – velvet elvis is one of those books that’ll stretch you, that’s fer shure.
Wild at Heart was a surprisingly fresh take on masculinity.
I read Sacred Romance a few years ago and knew his writing
was strong. Pretty candid and somewhat blunt, but that’s
the way I like it. Straight forward. Speak to my heart
and head. Glad you’re playing tag. Me too at Thought Renewal.
