Comment Moderation Returns

For awhile, I have been moderating first time commenters, in an effort to eliminate comment spam. Then I installed Akismet and that seemed to be doing pretty well, until the other day. Akismet has blocked hundreds of comment spam, but one got thru, which to me, is one too many.
