		<description>I have to admit that I&#039;m not crazy about a .org that is pretty much a business.

But other than that, the tests at least look interesting.  Not sure if I&#039;d take them personally though.</description>

		<description>This type of resource is needed in larger churches. This data definetely should be kept in a church&#039;s DB. I need/want to add this type of data to our database.

This is a lot better than having individuals fill-out numerous tests. And having to store those tests in filing cabinets.

Have been talking recently w/ Church Admin on the process for recruiting volunteers: specifically how to incorporate assessments.

Our church needs to be a lot more proactive in recruiting.</description>
