New Design – Take Your Best Guess

I’m excited about going live with the new design, it rocks! It’s been fun this week because many of you have been contacting me in various ways, wondering when it’s going up.

This has been a hectic week, in many ways and life has gotten in the way. I didn’t expect this to be such a big deal to anyone, but apparently I have created some buzz and that’s not a bad thing at all. So, I’m enjoying the ride while I can.

Here’s the deal, while you’re waiting, let’s see who can guess the date and time of when it goes live. The window is between now, Saturday, January 27 through Friday February 2. Leave a comment with your best guess of the day and time and for incentive, I’ll even throw in some bonus points.

For the record, in the spirit of cooperation, I will honor bonus points earned at other, quality sites. (since I stole the idea) :)

    Noon on Feb. 2, 2007, but in the spirit of Groundhog Day (the movie), it will reset back to the old design every day at midnight, only to “go live” again at Noon each day thereafter. ;-)

    Jim, I’m thinking Thursday the 1st at 8:05a.m. That seems like a good time to throw out a new design… the beginning of the month… new start… new design… new bonus points :)

    You really think either one of you can meet a deadline? I know you better than that. I think it will be on Saturday at 12:00 am. Remember, I’ve seen you do your best work at the last minute, late at night. By the way, I’m saying this with all the love in my heart. Being that we are soulmates and all, I think you get where I’m coming from.

    DON’T GET ME WRONG. The late nights I’ve seen have been Mary staying up late working on projects for college. Since Mary is working on the website, I know she will be working late at night on it.

    I also know that Jim and Mary both do their best work late at night.

    The whole “soulmate” thing is a joke between us about movies.

    Sorry if anyone took my comment the wrong way. I didn’t mean anything wrong by it. I was kind of teasing Jim and Mary both.
