This Saturday, July 14 is the PC Workshop at Fairview Christian Church in Carthage, MO from 9-noon or so. I am really looking forward to this event and at last count, I had 4 of us committed to helping out. I really have no idea what the turnout will be, however, it has been well publicized by the church, so we could have quite a few people show up. I totally forgot to add it to the community calendar on the local radio station, so I missed that bit of free publicity. Plus, it wasn’t on our website because we don’t have a website yet, but next time, we’ll have a site, I’m sure.
The goal on Saturday is not numbers, we’re really just there to hang out and talk to people and empower them to be proactive against spyware, malware and viruses and address any other issue they are having. Plus, be Jesus to our community and give people a view of the church that maybe they haven’t seen before.
We pick up the shirts tomorrow and I will post the shirt graphics next week, plus I’ll have some pics of what went on. So, come on by, if you are in the area. If you told me before last Sunday that you would help, then you’ll get a t-shirt, otherwise, you’ll have to provide your own!
Come in the south entrance, we’ll be just down the hall in the conference room, on the left.
