  • to give your pastor an outlet
  • to allow your pastor to express what he is passionate about
  • to allow your pastor a way to address issues that need to be given attention but may not be appropriate coming from the pulpit
  • to give people an idea of an idea of what the pastor is about if they are considering visiting the church
  • to further define the purpose of your church
  • to give your pastor and church a more personal appearance
  • to share positive things that your church has done lately
