		<description>Good for you Jim! It&#039;s wise to observe the team that is in place and not try to come in and make a bunch of changes. One of the key things for a team is a sense of ownership. One of the things I have appreciated about our church is that, even though we have made staff hires to oversee production areas, the keys have not been collected and just given to those few people. I&#039;m sure you have gifted, wise volunteers in leadership roles on your team. I&#039;m betting they will stay engaged and even grow with your approach to leadership.
