Catalyst2007 – Day 1

Posted on October 4, 2007 by Jim Walton

Catalyst Day 1 was incredible!  A long day but all good.  Much of the talk was about the importance of relationship, which happens to be something that I think is very important.  Andy Stanley spoke first thing about what do you do when it dawns on you that you are the most important person in the room? As a leader, that is a reality, all eyes are on you, expecting you to make that hard decision or set the direction for the near future or whatever.  At that moment, you are the most important person in the room.  The answer to the question is to use Jesus as your model and guide.

There were several other speakers who were equally thought provoking.  Also, I met a couple of vendors that I have interacted with in the past but never actually met and that was fun.

Here are some more pics and a link to all the pics from today.
