3 years ago today, this blog was born and it started this way:
This is a new beginning for me, in a way, but in a way, it’s not. It’s really just me continuing down this path that the Lord is leading me down. The new part probably has more to do with me actually following the Lord and trusting Him as I seek to do His will.
Little did I know that I would still be doing this 3 years later, it was really just an experiment to do for a short while. I have made many friends and I am far more connected to the church IT world than I ever imagined I could be. At this point, I feel like I’m just getting started and in reality, it’s not anything I have done, it’s all God.
Although easier said than done, Romans 12:1-2 is what this blog was based on originally and continues to be today:
1 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. 2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
In honor of the CTM 3 year birthday, I want to have a little contest. There are many thirds, like third base or 3D. I am thinking of a particular third and if you guess it, you might win a prize, if I decide to provide one. I will reveal the answer later, by tomorrow.
I actually lost the first 6 months of posts but I preserved the first one and reposted it here.

Well, being a musician, the first “3rd” that came to mind was a Minor Third.
As a tech site, though, I thought you may be considering the 3rd key of the famous MS combination – “Del”
3rd book of the Lord of the Rings (Return of the King)?
The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy trilogy? (now 5 books, or is it 6?)
The 3rd Star Wars movie? The 3rd Indiana Jones movie?
Playstation 3?
So many 3rd’s to choose from – so few actually coming to mind. Looking forward to the answer tomorrow.
