I am the multimedia director in my church, we've had easyworship for about 3 years without any problems other than an occasional glitch in tht time, however last week the program won't work anymore, when i click on the easyworship icon on the desktop it gives me a message saying that there is no index associated with the media, so it won't budge from there. All of our song database was there (unfortunately) so thats hundreds of songs "lost" is there any way I can retrieve this information?

User of EW2006, theres another file to use when upgrading to 2007. Its not necessarily the EW2007_web file to install.
heres is the url: http://www.easyworship.com/downloads/ew_builds/current/EasyWorship_upgrd.exe

Luis,
I'm not quite sure exactly what you're asking about, but I've added a forum topic for this at http://forum.churchtechmatters.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=4 where we could probably discuss this post in more detail.

Bertha,

Hey. Sorry to hear you're having problems. To be sure I understand your issue:

1. You had EW 2006
2. You downloaded the 2007 Trial Version upgrade
3. Trial expired and program is no longer accessible

If this is the case, I believe you need to do two things. One, locate the original license number that came with the EW2006 installation. Two, call EW Tech Support because there will probably be some reinstalling and verification.

For future discussion, please start a discussion in our forums http://forum.churchtechmatters.com

I downloaded the Easy Worship 2007 trial version upgrade, because we were using EW 2006. The computer was given to us from a church that closed down. The trial version is up and now we can't access the program at all. HELP asap! I'm in charge of running the computer and I thought I was doing good by trying the upgrade, some good that did. Please don't send me to the easyworship website it is no help.

Just have to select the video or feed as the backgrounds. If you are looking for a support forum their support forum is very active and you'll get quick replies there. Just go to www.easyworship.com click on support, then support forum. Also if you go to help, contents, backgrounds, working with text over video that may help.

Pia,
EasyWorship had a problem in an older version with the book of psalms missing from one of the bibles. I think upgrading will fix it. If not, you can go to www.easyworship.com and send a message to support.
