Good stuff!

Volunteer dedication is always key. I'm working on building a team now. Each time I get someone in and up to speed, they get called into another ministry or leave the church (as has been the case with two Youth workers). We don't need that many positions filled, right now, but I'm working to change that. My annual goal is to ID key areas to grow and expand the ministry.

Thanks for recognizing your team. Although my tech team philosophy is that everything we do should happen without drawing attention to ourselves - avoiding putting the Method before the Message - it's still good that they are recognized occasionally. Tech teams, like volunteer parents, are unsung heroes in church ministry.
