I am Jim Walton, and I am married with 1 beautiful wife, Mary, 2 kids, 1 very long-6 toed-freak dog and 1 psychotic cat that will not go away. We live in southwest Missouri and I am the Tech Ministry Leader at my church, Fairview Christian Church.

I used to work at a Fortune 500 company doing computer programming and project management and whatever else needed to be done. However, my true passion is equipping the church with technology to reach people for Christ.

With this blog, my intent is to network with other like-minded people and share thoughts and ideas on church tech. I determined a long time ago that I don’t know it all, so this is a continuous education for me.

My other site is JimWalton.org, which is a gateway to the rest of my world.
